VAT cash accounting scheme (+€50)
The scheme requires tracking collection of sales invoices and payment of purchase invoices every month. Verified Croatian guide (HR).
Employees and VAT status
Payroll, JOPPD and VAT returns have fixed deadlines. More calculations and controls require more accounting time — that is the entire logic.

Is administrative support included?
No. Issuing invoices, business letters and document administration are a separate optional service, contracted and charged according to the agreed scope. See administrative support.
Is the calculator result final?
No. It is an indication. The final proposal follows a introductory call and review of the actual document flow and requirements.
What does “lump-sum sole trade from €100/month + VAT” (price as at 10 September 2026: €100) mean?
The amount of €100/month + VAT (price as at 10 September 2026: €100) applies to a minimal scope: no employees beyond the owner, one account and outside VAT. It includes the agreed recurring records, PO-SD and monitoring of relevant deadlines and the €60,000 receipts threshold.
Can the fee change?
Only when the scope changes — for example, after hiring employees or entering VAT — and only after we discuss the change. Prices are adjusted once a year in line with the consumer price index as set out in the fee schedule, with at least 30 days' notice before they apply — never retroactively.
Is the first call charged?
The 15–30 minute introductory call is free and is where we establish whether we are the right fit for each other. A substantive professional consultation is a separate paid service.
Charges outside the monthly fee
Volume above the agreed scope, additional services and special situations are charged according to the official, versioned fee schedule that forms part of the agreement. See the official fee schedule.
